Consulting firm Bain asked Tellart to partner up with them and the engineers of Bosch to work as design consultants on the NEOM Oxagon Fez. This will be a demo factory that aims to make Industry 4.0 principles tangible and relatable while also displaying the favorable industrial investment climate of NEOM. The demo factory offers a glimpse into the future of the circular industry and empowers employees through technology that is already available today.

Designing the visitor experience of the Fez was a very challenging project with a huge workload for a small team. As the senior producer at Tellart, I was able to integrate the use of scrum to manage the team’s workload effectively so we could tackle the many short deadlines on this project and make a good profit at the same time. The design lead and I were also able to keep team spirits high and foster close working relationships between all collaborators which led to a very satisfying end result.
